Tucked into the heart of the 17th Street neighborhood, Pea Street Yoga is a welcoming studio for people who practice regularly and for those new to yoga alike.

We offer thoughtfully taught classes led by experienced teachers with deep training across yoga and movement disciplines. Classes emphasize clear instruction, intelligent sequencing, and attention to breath, presence, and awareness, alongside the physical practice.

Offerings range from steady vinyasa and traditional Ashtanga to grounding Yin, restorative practices, and strength-focused movement. Across styles, we make room for the quieter aspects of yoga as well — meditation, philosophy, and moments of stillness — as part of a balanced, integrated practice.

Whether you’re looking to build heat, slow down, or reconnect with yourself through movement and attention, you can meet the day with the practice that makes sense for you.

Doors are locked five minutes after class begins.
